I have a few email accounts. I had to switch email accounts from the email I was using to another one because somehow somebody was using the same email address for their Netflix account. I haven't been able to figure out how to change the email address so I receive comments on my current email address.

All of this to say I checked the old yahoo account which I do every now and then and I saw a comment from another blogger  Delia Temple giving me the Liebster award. Thank you Delia. It means a lot to me to get this along with your comment. I feel pretty invisible lately so this has really lifted my spirits.

The award isn't showing up on my mac. Hopefully it will be visible to others.

Here are the rules that come with this award:
1. Thank your Liebster Blog Award presenter.
2. Link back to the blogger who presented the award to you.
3. Copy and paste the blog award on your blog.
4. Present the Liebster Blog Award to 5 blogs of 200 followers or less who you feel deserve to be noticed.
5. Let them know they have been chosen!

Here are the five blogs I'm choosing:

1) Renee's Reflections-

2) Hope in the Midst-

3) Blog Wormwood

4) Housebound 'n' Gay

5) L'Ombre de mon ombre (living on the cusp)

I find each of these blogs inspirational in how honest they are in writing about how difficult this disease can be. All of these bloggers also do wonderful work in the online community.

A quick update on how I'm doing. I'm fighting really hard to play with the deck life has handed to me. Physically its difficult living alone (although I much prefer it emotionally) so I'm trying to figure out tricks and shortcuts. My biggest challenge is the laundry. Since this building doesn't have a laundromat I have to go to one to do my laundry.

Because I've been in an extended crash I haven't been able to get out to do my laundry so I'm looking for a place I can bring it and pay for them to wash and fold.

I'm also having everything delivered as I'm too exhausted to shop right now. Before moving I decided to purchase amazon prime so deliveries are free of charge.

I restarted Cymbalta on Saturday at a much lower dose than previously. The last time I tried I could only tolerate it for one day. It was not a pleasant experience. This time I'm tolerating it a tiny bit better but some side effects aren't all that fun. I get pretty nauseous and have some dizziness along with an increased heart rate and heart palpitations. These are all listed side effects. I'm crossing my fingers that this will work.

Chelsea is doing sort of okay. She'd had some blood in her stool a few weeks ago and that has returned. For the past 3 days there has been blood. Today its a little worse. If its worse tomorrow or later then its off to the vet hospital. I'm spending an inordinate amount of money on her treatments. I've been wondering why I'm hemorrhaging money so I added up her monthly expenses: it's over $350. In August it will be bumped up to well over $600. I need to get her heartworm meds refilled at $176, redo her bloodwork, and who knows what else. I am increasingly concerned about the bleeding. The vet said this is expected with liver disease and if it gets worse go to the animal hospital.

I'll be making an appointment to see my ME/CFS doctor in August. I need to see him in person. I'm having some strange symptoms-the skin rashes, swollen painful joints (hands, knee, shoulder). The night sweats have been continuous for the past 6 weeks. I have chills and run a fever off and on. I'm losing weight again because I have no appetite and I get full really easily so I'm drinking ensure to boost my caloric intake.

I'm looking forward to seeing the results of the Stanford study. I was contacted to participate in further research by filling out a 14 page list of stuff. I think this study along with the Rituxan studies are going to yield some great info for us.
